Teams
The team whose turn it is picks a square, then answers. A wrong answer loses nothing — the answer is shown and the square is gone — so nobody is scared off the big squares. The turn moves on whatever happens, so the strongest team cannot keep the board to itself. The game waits on each answer until you go back to the board, which leaves time to talk it through. End it early with the flag button when the bell is close.
No touch screen? Tab and Enter pick a square, 1 2 3 4 pick the answer, Enter goes back to the board. Esc does nothing here — a board is a lesson's worth of scores, so leaving is the ✕ button, and it asks first.
